The guys just get on with it and work as a team so it is a little regimental, it has to be as it dangerous so probably the best career for you. I hurt my back after about 1 1/2 years in as a grunt. Now I'm home with some college, but there seems to be nothing here that has the same pace, brotherhood, or sense of fulfillment as a TRUE hard days work. I've always been interested in working on a rig. Could you give me any sort of idea what the day to day is or anything similar? I’m a retired marine.
